In this blog I have found some more interesting and unique design that I would definitely like to use as a basic for my development.
The top left image shows how circles can be used in a subtle manner to create a lot of impact and interest. Moving clockwise, the sugar design is eye-catching due to the band used and the way in which the letters cut into the top and bottom of it. Next is a 'splatter' design, where the stains and parks of wine have been used in an abstract way to create a pattern/background for the label. The middle image is included as the two I's are cut out of the label and this is definitely something I want to look into - the extra detail added is subtle but intriguing. Then, finally, is a more illustrative design. I am don' going down this route for mine, however, I am interested in the use of the bottle colour and line drawings - no labels as such, more drawing onto the bottle. A lovely unique piece of design which looks very desirable and pricey!
