YSP

At the weekend my boyfriend and I went to Yorkshire Sculpture Park to see Rob Ryan's Exhibition. I have always been a fan of his work and I think I may like it even more now as he is not just using paper. For example some of his work as put onto the windows, the were sewn pieces of his work and he also had pieces on ceramics. This just shows how versatile his work is and how illustrations/patterns can work on different materials. (This is something to remember when I create my pattern brief).

Whilst I was there I popped into the shop and found 3 books I really really wanted (shown below). However my boyfriend adviced me to go onto amazon to buy them as they would be a lot cheaper, and he was right - one of these books cost £30, yet on amazon I spent £30 on all of them! (Just a little tip!)
