existing imagery for ideas...

DJ:

The idea of using the sound system speakers is my favourite at the moment as it lends itself to the format of a business card and it also represents a DJ very clearly.
An existing DJ business card:
Love the use of a spot gloss, would definitely like to develop this into my design for DJ. Do not like the white side though, do not think the imagery is that strong.

Another business card:
Too plain, however I like the concept and photograph. Maybe the photo could have done with more contrast and impact.

Very simple and has impact due to the colour palette.
Do not like the font selection with the image though.
