urban illustrations...

Whilst on www.printpattern.blogspot.com, I came across these cards and thought immediately of my urban viewpoint. I do not think I want to create something so detailed and illustrative, however I am interested in the layout and shapes used in these pieces.




Also think the colours are simple and reflect the content well. Maybe this is where one of my contrasts could occur - the rural pattern could be colourful and the urban one more smokey and plain.
