Typeface...

I have been investigating different typefaces on www.dafont.com, I ant something old and medieval looking. However, I am interested in hand produced types - each label will be slightly unique. Below is a google image I found and I love the gold writing, and seeing as I am going to use a gold seal I am wondering whether a gold font should be used too?

If I select a computer font (will be easily) I could either screenprint the branding (as this will be standard) or I could gold foil sections like I tried in my last module.
